We designedĀ the Frame 2 saddles to be modular and easy to assemble so that when the time comes for a NewSkin or a new set of carbon fiber rails, the upgrade can be done at home without taking the time to ship the saddle to us, have us do the work, and then send it back to you.Ā
TheĀ Frame 2 Carbon Rail Upgrade Kit is 50 grams lighter than the stock stainless steel tubular rail and adds an additional 1 inch of setback. Best of all, you can install the upgrade yourself without any down time!
Availability of these rails vary, and the rail may ship separately from the saddle. Installation is quite simple by unscrewing the 6 Chicago screws at the back of the saddle, removing the frame and inserting the carbon rail in place of the aluminum rail.
